1. The consignment is not negotiable.
2. The carrier will not be responsible for consequences of any co relation to false declaration given by consigner.
3. Contraband goods like LPG, explore, Liquor, spirit, Acids, Inflammable goods, Hazardous Chemicals, and other material notified by the Governments will be not accepted for transportation, Perishable goods, Cash/Currency, Jeweler, Air/Railway Tickets. Legal Document. Two Wheeler with Petrol, goods without document & goods above 5 lacks value without insurance are no accepted for transportation .If any such booked without Carriers Knowledge it will be the consignors risk only. The carrier will not be held responsible for such type of Booking.
4. It will be responsibility of consignor and consignee to check up by octroi, Excise, Sales, Tax GST or any Government duties.
5. Every care will be taken by the carrier for safe transportation however in case of parcels lost/damages/breakage, carrier will be liable to the extent of freight charges only.
6. No claim for damage/Breakage will be entertained if the goods are not collected within 7 days from the date of intimation to the consignee.
7. The goods are not insured by carrier. The consignor or consignee must take insurance cover for their goods at the carrier before initiating legal action for recovery of cost of goods.
8. Delivery of the goods should be taken within 7 (seven) days from the date of arrival failing which Demurrage @ 10 paise per day kg., will be charged.
9. Consignee must produce OTP (One Time Password) and if required their letter of authority or acknowledgement with rubber stamp or should produce self identification while taking the delivery of goods.
10. The carrier will not be responsible for delay / damage to unforeseen external causes such as natural calamities civil unrest and disturbances ,vehicle breakdown, cancelation.
11. Consignor has to intimate consignee regarding the dispatch of the consignment.
12. Contraband articles are not permitted to carry in the vehicle. The Luggage (Parcel owner) will bear sole responsibility in case objectionable contraband goods found in the packages on check up by any competent authority.
13. In case the Parcel are lost or damage in transit. The company will not take any liabilities on it.
14. We do not hold any other responsibility on late arrival of parcel/Luggage.
15. Luggage / Parcel should collect within 24 hours of its arrival. failing which the management is not responsible for the safety of goods.
16. Claims if any should be submitted within 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery. NO Claim will be entertained, considered if it is lodged after 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
17. Goods not claimed after 15 days will be disposed off and no claim will be entertained.
18. All disputes subject to Kolhapur Jurisdiction only.

5% GST on DOMESTIC PARCEL, DOCUMENTS,EXPRESS & TWO WHEELAR TRANSPORT SERVICE, On Rs 750 and above booking value.
18% GST on DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY SERVICE.
E WAY BILL:
E WAY BILL is mandatory for any booking within Maharashtra for parcel invoice value Rs 100000 or more.
E WAY BILL is mandatory for any interstate booking for parcel invoice value Rs 50000 or more.
